SFD...I really don't know how they make it (that's what it said on the menu) but it was perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Urbandaddy...Thanks! Amongst the best was the pressure fried chicken and the maple bacon donut. The fried ribs were amongst the worst. Not bad, but nothing really amazing.
